Victor joined the Captain Paul Watson Foundation in Costa Rica in 2015. What began as a personal interest quickly became a lifelong commitment, driven by his experience with political injustice and the urgent need for environmental awareness. Today, Victor is deeply passionate about ocean conservation. His mission is to educate the public, build meaningful connections with communities, and take direct action to protect marine sanctuaries. He is a firm believer in the power of collective responsibility and strives to inspire others to join the fight for our planet’s ecosystems.
