I have been a close friend of Paul Watson since we first met in Monaco in 2008. Over the years, I have closely followed and supported his work in various ways.

My firsthand experience in conservation began with the 2017 seal campaign—a profound and eye-opening mission that left a lasting impact on me. Witnessing both the beauty and brutality of the ice reinforced my commitment to this movement like nothing before.

When Paul launched the Captain Paul Watson Foundation, he invited me to join as a board member, a role I embraced wholeheartedly. Now, as Executive Director, I am deeply honored—not for the title, but for the opportunity it gives me to work alongside this incredible team and contribute even more to a cause that fuels my passion.
